How to Apply

Application Process for Kinder to Eighth

  1. Complete the application form
  2. Submit all required documents
  3. Complete entrance exam
  4. Sign parent contract
  5. Pay registration fee (non-refundable)
  6. Register – Facts Contract

*Incoming Kinder must be 5 years old by October 1st

Required Documents

The following documents must be submitted upon completion:

  • Birth certificate
  • Social Security
  • Certificate of Sacrament (Baptism/First Communion if applicable)
  • Current Immunization record (includes 7th Whooping cough)
  • Recommendation form
  • Dental Exam and Physical (if applicable)

Pre-School Admission Process

  1. Complete the application form
  2. Submit all required documents
    • Birth/Baptismal Certificate
    • Current Immunization Card
    • Updated TB test
    • Physical Exam/Dental (administer less than six month prior to enrollment)
  3. Pay Registration Fee (non-refundable)

Pre-School applicants must meet the following guidelines

  • 3 to 4 years old
  • Toilet trained
  • Current California immunization and health requirements
