Application Process for Kinder to Eighth
- Complete the application form
- Submit all required documents
- Complete entrance exam
- Sign parent contract
- Pay registration fee (non-refundable)
- Register – Facts Contract
*Incoming Kinder must be 5 years old by September 1st of the current year.
Required Documents
The following documents must be submitted upon completion:
- Birth certificate
- Social Security
- Certificate of Sacrament (Baptism/First Communion if applicable)
- Current Immunization record (includes 7th Whooping cough)
- Recommendation form
- Dental Exam and Physical (if applicable)
TK School Admission Process
- Complete the application form
- Submit all required documents
- Birth/Baptismal Certificate
- Current Immunization Card
- Updated TB test
- Physical Exam/Dental (administer less than six month prior to enrollment)
- Pay Registration Fee (non-refundable)
TK School applicants must meet the following guidelines
- 3.9mo (Will require 2 years in TK2 program)
- 4 years old (TK1 program)
- Fully Toilet trained
- Current California immunization and health requirements
